empty space on front page

Hello!
I am new to WordPress, and having some issues with my front page. I have checked the forums and I cannot find the same issue, I am sorry if I am sending a repeat.
Here is my test page:

My top spacing is fine, but under my row of widgets, there is a lot of white space that I would like to get rid of before the footer. It show up strangely on mobile, a bunch of white space in between widgets, and I cannot seem to find a place to adjust that.
