Enlarge homepage logo

Hi,
Question 1: The logo I added to my homepage duals as a header. It’s exactly what I want, but the left, right, and top side of the logo still have some white space:

How can I enlarge my logo so that those white spaces around the logo are gone?
Question 2: Is there a way to upload a logo unique to the mobile website?
