Hello!
I’ve contacted my web hosting company (Bluehost) twice about this problem, and they keep telling me that there is no problem that they can see. I was hoping one of you might be able to help me? I’m not sure what else to do.
Here’s my problem:
On December 9th, my website crashed and when I went to my website (the entire website) it would either display the HTTP ERROR 500 page on Chrome or the white page on the Safari browser.
I know Bluehost’s servers were down for almost the entire day on December 9th and part of December 10th. When they were back up and running, my website was still down. So when I reach out to the Bluehost the first time, they couldn’t fix anything. Then when I reached out to Bluehost the second time, they were able to get the ERROR 500 to disappear on the front end of my website. (But my revolution slider disappeared and the error page is still on my WordPress Login screen. Sometimes the error page is on the WordPress login page completely. And sometimes it’s not, but when I enter my username and password to gain access to my WordPress dashboard, the error page shows up.
I don’t know what to do to fix it. If you could help, I would greatly appreciate it!
My website is whitleysisneros.com
I can put FTP credentials and WP login info in a private message.
Thank you so much!
