Error when importing demo in Virtue Premium

Hello,
I have installed the theme virtue premium but when importing a demo, after a few seconds the following message appears and the import is interrupted
“Error: OK (200)”
I have the values of the hosting to the maximum, attached screenshot.

(A while ago something similar happened to me when importing and I think you had to import it. I would need to know what they did exactly in case it happens again).
