Good Day,
I am running the latest version of Virtue Premium I have followed your online instructions to update the Revolution slider plugin and get the following error message…

Update in progress…
Update Error: The update folder is not extracted
Please update the plugin manually via the ftp

I have tried changing the permissions of the following folders..

http://www.avmi.net/wp-content/plugins/revslider/temp

and

http://www.avmi.net/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/plugins

to ensure read/write access, but still encounter this error. Any suggestions on another way to update the plugin?
