Errors with secure site trying to load insecure Google fonts and maps elements

Hi! We recently converted our site to a new host and added SSL (*Login to see link ). We’re getting warnings now that Google fonts and Maps API elements can’t be loaded because they are being referenced insecurely. That means things look either wrong or blank. Is there a quick and easy way to update the theme so all of those are referenced via https? Thanks for any thoughts!
