Export Theme Settings

I bought Virtue premium, and have been having difficulty saving and importing my settings with the free version of the theme.
I read the tutorial, but am having no luck. I attached two screenshots.
Any help would be appreciated. I’ve gone through every menu I can find. I’ve disabled and re-enabled plugins, etc, to see if that changed anything. But alas, I cannot find anywhere that allows me to save my theme settings.
