fail to save changes in 'home layout'

In home layout -> home page. I fail to remove ‘responsive’, ‘tons of options’… which is under the slider.
Even i change the position and save.
Or change it from enable to disable or disable to enable. also i fail to save.
It pop up an error message say cannot save.
Should i install any plugin to solve it? or do i need to uninstall whole virtue premier and install again?
