Farmating Image menu item

Hi there,
The image menu items are inserted as a Pagebuilder Widget. Please help with:
– change font and color for title
– change font and color for description
– position text – title over the green line, description under
– change hover effect to just simple small shadow, no background change
Why is the Logo so small ? Tried different sizes with no change.
