Fatal Error Activating Virtue Pinnacle toolkit

Since the latest update I am having the following issues…
1. Home page has become garbled… ie, not displaying header/logo image, and site title is overlaying with product category images. Also, product category images are not linking to category pages
2. I am receiving the following fatal error when I attempt to activate Virtue Pinnacle toolkit plugin…
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /home/webultra/public_html/giftoflove.co.uk/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:33) in /home/webultra/public_html/giftoflove.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 20
