fatal error in previewing theme

Hi Ben,
I bought a license key of pinnacle premium for a new client, I downloaded and installed but not activated the version you have there that is the 1.8.3 instead of latest 1.8.5.
The actual WP version at moment in the site is the 3.7.17, I haven’t updated it because first I update all plugins and themes then the wp version.
Anyhow, when I preview the theme I got this error can you tell me why? What do I have to do?
