Fatal Error Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit Plugin

Hi all,
Last evening I used the WordPress Reset plugin to to install the Kadence Importer and start everything form scratch.
After many attempts I finally installed the demo content style 2. I was able to activate all the necessary plugins, except for the Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit Plugin.
it gives me the following error message.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in C:WampDeveloperWebsitesfolkbags.com.brwebrootwp-contentthemespinnacle_premiumlibkad_shortcodesgeneral_shortcodes.php:33) in C:WampDeveloperWebsitesfolkbags.com.brwebrootwp-contentpluginsvirtue-toolkitshortcodes.php on line 20”
How can I solve this problem?
