I have just started with Kadence, so there is probably an obvious solution I do not see. I have a simplest blog theme. On my homepage which is I guess called archive I have list of posts with featured images. My issue is that I do not like how the image displays only part of my image. I need to have this image scaled down to be shown completely in a thumbnail type of look. I guess there is got to be a place where I can have this setting applied for the image to be scaled down, but I cannot find it anywhere. Any help?

EDIT. Another question. My SEO wants to have an H1 tag on the homepage, which is archive blog page. I do not want to do a static page for that. At least not yet. But the template is the way that I do not have another field/object/block` where I can use this tag unless I have a title of the blog added, which I do not want, because I had already have a title in my header. I do not see any other option to add a field right above the blog archive and sidebar. Is there a way to have this added to the homepage. I can guess if I edit the theme file I can do that, but I am not that advanced to make those changes. Any ideas?
