featured image in portfolio grid

Hello ,
Hope you can help me with this question:
The featured images on the portfolio page are not the same size. i did choose ‘yes ‘at : crop images to equal hight and i set image hight if cropping on 200.
But the images are different sizes now.. dit i forget something? For example look here: *Login to see link
