Featured/Blog Feed Summary Image-Ratio

This may seem like an obvious WordPress settings questions, or maybe theme specific IDK…
I looked for the Theme Options to make the feed summary images not hard crop these, but leave them as the ratio they were uploaded as.
It seemed like Theme Options > Blog > Hard Crop excerpt images to the same height > OFF. would be it, what am I missing?
