few issues and I can’t login

Hi there,
we have a website that we want to maintain again.
After updating to php 7.4 I received the following errors:

I have already updated wordpress manually via ftp.
To update the Ascend theme, I would like to buy a new license. However, I can no longer log into our website. The above errors appear.
Please help me get the website running again.
