File editor for themes is gone

Hello,
Do you know how to restore – to get back – the File Editor – Themes?
That is: Dashboard/Appearance / File Editor for Themes.
Personally I dont know why it is gone, because I havent removed it myself.
I got assigned by a client to create a new website. The old design by another Webdesign guy was old and quite frankly messed up.
I deleted the old WP Themes and plugins and instead went all in Kaence Theme and plugins for starters.
But now when I like to look in the files of PHP and the other files, from inside WordPress Dashboard/… I just can not find the File Editor for Themes.
How to get tis one back?
