Fixed Element deactivates other elements

Hi, I have noticed, that placing a Fixed Element on a site (Fixed Top After Scroll), all other elements on the site including the main navigation become untouchable and deactivated, as soon as they are beeing scrolled above the fixed element. Same with fixed elements set to Fixed Button After Scroll, then everything below the fixed element gets deactivated. I have tried this on several installations. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Here is a demo:
