Fixed topbar

Hello, Im trying to fix both the top-bar and primary bar area where the eVendable is written boldly, so that when scrolled, it dose not move, but the rest body will move up or down depending on the customer. i added this below in css, but it did work.. what can i do? http://www.evendable.com
