Flex Slider Height will not change.

Hi,
In the Virtue Theme (Premium). I cannot get the Flex Slider height to change. The menu has the option as follows: Theme Options > Slider Settings > Slider Max Height ( Set to 400). But for some reason the slider height is the height of the image.
Please Help!!!!
