Ben, Kevin, Hannah, (any others),
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
On the homepage (and other pages) at:
…there is an ‘Emergency! Call Us Today’ box floating over the slider on the righthand side.
I am re-building the site in Virtue (making most elements the same, but clearly there are subtle differences) at:
…and right now I have that box (‘Emergency! Call Us Today’) setup in the right sidebar cut into 4 images (for easy linking from parts) appearing as one image. That box is shown there via the shortcode:
[stag_sidebar id=’emergency-numbers’]
. . . which embeds a sidebar (created with Stag Sidebars, which is a plugin that allows you to embed sidebar content anywhere via a shortcode) containing a Layout Building with 4 Virtue Image widgets creating the Top, Chester, Lancaster, and Bottom parts. (I needed separate links to the two middle parts, hence the “breaking up” of the overall box image.)
So, can you offer me some simple CSS (of HTML/PHP via child theme, if necessary, though I am NOT running a child theme now) to overlay this box, just like on the example site linked at the beginning of this message?
Also, here is a link to an image of the original header (from *Login to see link , just in-case we change it before you look at it at the link above):
(Note that the box on the right – in a live environment – needs to be clickable and overlay the slider – in the original site the slider changed images beneath the box and the box stayed where it is – NOT part of the slides.)
I look forward to the solution!
Appreciatively,
-Dan
