Hi,

I wanna add 3 full width lines above the footer to be stacked on top of one another.
Should I use:

<hr style=”color:#FF0000; background color:#FF0000″/>
<hr style=”color:#FF0000; background color:#FF0000″/>
<hr style=”color:#FF0000; background color:#FF0000″/>

Where should I place the code in?

Is there any way I could turn this into a short code and just input it under [theme options] -> [Footer] -> [Sitewide Footer Shortcode].

An example of the 3 horizontal lines stacked on top of one another is as such
