Hi Ben,
I checked the previous discussion and didn’t find a solution to address my issue, which just happened recently.
Virtue – PremiumVersion: 4.1.9
Bold – 1.0
“Forced Dev Mode Off Enabled” Error

I didn’t see any newer updates for the theme. I also clicked on “Purge all caches” but didn’t do the trick.
I used Chrome to inspect and didn’t see any server errors. Only “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”. Is this what caused the issue? Not sure which plugin or theme is looking for this file “wp-emoji-release.min.js”.
