Forgot Password in Pinnacle Pro goes to wrong URL

Hello,
In my installation of Pinnacle Premium with Woo Commerce, if a user clicks “forgot password” they receive the reset password link, but the link goes back to the “enter your email to receive a reset password link” – just an endless loop. How can I set the reset password email to link to the proper field?
