Form Block Field Recipient Placeholder

Hi. I’m using the form block and want the recipient value to come from a form field. I see in one of the examples on the website, we can use {field_x} in that spot but I noticed the form field ID in the source code changes based on the order of the form meaning adding or moving fields would break this functionality. Is this correct, or do I get the ID from somewhere else?
