Front Page Displays Missing

Not sure what has happened but I’m unable to change the Reading/Front Page Displays. It’s missing. All I have is ‘Blog Pages Show At Most’ and the rest below it.
Pain, as I can’t remove the blogs from the home page and assign to another page.
Any thoughts on fixing would be appreciated.
