Full Menu On Mobile

Is there anyway that I can get the regular menu to show on the mobile version, rather than the mobile drop down? I did remove the “<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″>, so I know that it’s a bit out of the theme’s intention, but everything else is zoomed out except for the menu. I would like the primary menu to show in just a small form.
