‘Full width’ option for Row Layout is missing/unavailable – Kadence Blocks

At the moment, I’m able to add full width rows by selecting from the Prebuilt Library.
Unfortunately, the option for creating my own full width row from scratch is missing. Only ‘Align center’ is available.
Tried clearing my browser cache in case it makes any difference, but no luck.
Any ideas?
