Get rid of blue buttom + center issue

I cannot remove a blue buttom under the right side of the picture i the slider (see *Login to see link You probably know which setting I have to adjust to get rid of the blue button.
Furthermore – how can I center “Footer 2” – now it is located closer to footer 1 than to footer 3
