Get rid of Gap on page

I am trying to get rid of the gap on my webpage (ebdesigns.us) between my logo and text.
I believe it is a div tag with the class is “row”.
My object is to bring my text up closer to the logo so that there is not that much space between the two of those objects.
How do I accomplish this?
