Get rid of white space on menu

Hi there,
I’m using this code that you provided to make the menu slightly larger, and to flush the logo left. However, I am noticing white space (padding) around the logo. I’d like to remove that so the logo will become larger. Also on the right side of the menu there is still a sliver of white space, which should be gold. If you could provide some css to fix this that would be great.
