Getting rid of Heading, Reduce blank space

Hi there,
I want to tighten up the page layout and would like to minimize the blank space inbtween.
1. How to reduce the space between “Menu/Logo” and “H1 Heading”; between H1 and the content below?
1. Is there a way to hide or completely get rid of “H1 Headings”?
2. Is it possible to move the project scroll buttons (left and right) to the left where the H1 Heading is?
