Google Map shortcode no longer working

You can reference this site HERE, but this has suddenly stopped working on all of my Ascend, Pinnacle, and Virtue sites. On this site in particular I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins but it’s still broken. I’ve also tried various levels of WordPress and that doesn’t seem to help either. I honestly just noticed this broken for the first time today, but I’ll probably start getting calls from clients tomorrow so HELP!
