gravity forms radio buttons

Hey Guys. Amazing theme.
I’ve been having some problems with gravity forms radio buttons getting sawed off on the side. It looked okay with Safari and then was messed up on Chrome. I tried some CSS and am still having problems. Here’s the site. I have the form on both the homepage and as a widget on most of the service pages. Appreciate the help! -J
