Grid broken sometimes

Hi,
Please could you help with a grid display issue?
I’m displaying a grid of businesses at *Login to see link
The grid displays perfectly sometimes but not others.
On initial page load, the grid has gaps and uneven heights.
If you refresh the page, the grid is fixed and looks fine.
I have changed the theme to 2021 and the problem goes away.
Please could you help?
