Grid on Home Page

Hi.
After using Virtue on my sites for several years, I decided to purchase the premium version in order to get more features, especially a grid on my home page. Although I’m not knowledgeable about CSS code, I have been able to find additional code to use to get what I want in Virtue Premium. I have, however, a couple of things that I cannot solve. My website is Through Brazilian Eyes. I added CSS so that it won’t display the excerpts on the Home Page in that four-column layout. I also added CSS to delete the tags that were appearing with each photo. Now, here is what I’d like to do, if you can help me, please.
1. I would like to delete that entire line of icons: category, comment, date.
2. I would like the titles to appear when a user hovers over a photo and not below the photo, as it is presently.
3. I would like the grid to be only photos at best or maybe show the title as it appears on the slider.
What CSS code is required to accomplish these things? I assume it is with CSS code.
