I have the option checked in the “Page Options” in settings But it still will not show up. Also, have checked some of my other pages and the comment option is there.

I built the new page with PageBuilder so I’m not sure if that is the reason why and what I need to do to fix the situation. Both pages have the same option selected. Both pages are setup identical aside from PageBuilder used and a side panel.
