have the portfolio grid block look like the portfolio grid template?

Hello,
I’m interested in rendering the portfolio grid block similar to the portfolio grid generated automatically using the “portfolio” template in pages.
So far, I’m not managing to show constantly show-up the captions with a simple css edit like I did for the portfolio template..
In this exemple *Login to see link to make it clear:
I would like the top grid (generated through a block) to look similar to the bottom one (generated by the portfolio grid template).
