Having Confusion with Row Block

Hi
I am having some issues with Row block on Kadence theme. I am using the Kadence pro, & Kadence blocks for my website. Whenever I select a Row block it says the row has been added then after that there is a section. I am ctually confused in the row layout block as well as the Margin & Padding!
Can someone please help me! Thanks
