Header border not working on other pages

I’ve added the following custom CSS to the custom CSS section:
.headerclass {
border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(238, 238, 238, 1);
}
It works properly on the main page of our site, but not on subsequent pages –
*Login to see link – works
*Login to see link – doesn’t work
Any idea why?
