Header Dimension for Web and Mobile View

Hi there!

I’ve seen this article *Login to see link and wanted to learn how to contain my background image. As you can see, it sucks to view website via mobile. So my question is, is there a standard image dimension for the home background? I’d like to get the dimension for web and mobile (activated home mobile slider). Please take note I did not use any fancy background for nathaniels.com.ph. I literally just used one background image and wanted to make it look nice for both mobile and desktop views.

Kevin gave me this CSS option below but it’s not what I wanted. It literally just repeated my background vertically.
