Header GIF renders incorrectly

I’m building a site with a client, and the header image, a transparent GIF, renders fine on Safari on Mac and Chrome on an iPad, but it comes up with a black background on a PC in four browsers: Chrome, IE 11, Firefox and Safari. I don’t know how to attach screenshots to this post, but the url is *Login to see link Any help would be appreciated!
