Header HTML block not working

Hi Kadence Support
I am using Kadence Theme Pro
But when I drag the Header HTML block into header section, I can’t edit it, no editable content was displayed.
I’m not sure if it’s a javascript or jQuery error? Is there any additional info needed? Please help, thanks!
