Header "Logo Layout" options

Hi Guys,
Have the header Logo Layout options as Logo and Widget.
The standard is for Logo 33% and Widget 66%.
I’d like them the other way please – Logo 66% and Widget 33%.
Also, on Mobile, when the Widget drops down under the logo, we want the logo to be 100% and the widget 50% and centered.
Alternatively, is there are way to have the widget disappear on the mobile version?
