Header logo, sub-category filter and drop-down checkout button

Hi team, would like to kindly request for assistance regarding the following issues:
1) Is there a way to change our header logo to another logo image for specific pages (for example blogposts)?
2) Is there a way to remove the filters on product sub-category pages? This is because we are seeing an “All” button/filter on each of our product sub-category page. We would still like to have the filters on the category page.
3) Our dropdown checkout button still has the background of the default theme (orange) is there a way to change it to our primary colours?
