Header or slider above menu with free theme?

Sorry for using the forum for support on a free theme, but my client wants to see what the site I’m building for him will look like with the menu below a sitewide header. I know how to do this with the premium theme but am wondering if there is a way to do it with the free theme? The site in question: *Login to see link
