Header Section change “My Account” text link to an Icon ( kt-icon-user icon)

From Theme Options -> Header Settings -> Header Extra section, I check off Login/Register my-account.
This displays text in the top right header bar “My Account”.
I would like to change that text to an icon, specifically the kt-icon-user icon.
