Header: tablet/mobile setting automatically copied to computer settings

Hi!
May anyone help me with this problem?
Last evening I found out that on my computer I can’t see the main menu.
On the mobile, on the other hand, the shutter doesn’t show menu but redirects to a blank black page.
I made some changes to tablet/mobile view settings of the header. They were automatically adapted to the computer view. Changes made on the computer view are not applied.
Btw, main menu appeared after using Mobile Devices Navigation.
Please, help me out!
