Header title default options

Hello Support team!
I have header title enabled on my homepage, and I also have an image as the ‘Header title default background’.
But title does not look perfect because of the image in the beackground, so I should choose only one of them. But I’d like to have both, so:
Is this possible to give an other background color ‘ONLY FOR THE TITLE’, with an opacity?
