Help for formatting a row in page builder

Hi there!
I am trying to make changes to the first “dark blue” row on this page:
I would like the font to be white, but whenever I add the <h2> <h4> etc tags, the color overrides the white font color that I have set for that row. I have tried removing the color from the typography settings and I have also tried adding code to specify font color, but nothing seems to be working.
How can I have this font be white, and still keep the font formatted the way it is now, using the heading tags?
